お客様の経営計画や変革アジェンダのうち、人材・組織運営(Talent & Organization:T&O)領域、及びファイナンシャル(Financial & Enterprise Planning)領域に関して、変革の目的と背景となる課題・業務上のインパクトを適切に理解し、WorkdayといったグローバルSaaSやデジタルアダプションツール等の最新テクノロジーの活用法を知るプロとしてスキル育成をしていただきます。

その上で、Workdayソリューションを活用した変革設計・ソリューション導入・稼働後の運用サポートを通じて、お客様ビジネスの変革を中長期的に支援する変革推進パートナーとして貢献する仕事です。

◆プロジェクト事例

・全社DX推進やオペレーションモデル変革において、人材・組織運営領域及びファイナンシャル領域に関して、業務面及び情報管理面双方での変革テーマ設定から、ソリューション構成検討及び運用・運営モデルの構想策定・設計、ソリューション導入・展開チームの組成を通じて一大イニシアティブを推進

・グローバルでの人材活性化や自発的なキャリアマネジメントを後押しするための業務オペレーティングモデルの標準化設計、新ソリューション設計・導入を、複数のフェーズをかけてグローバル展開し新モデルでのグローバル運用の実現を推進

・アクセンチュアのグローバルベースラインmyConcertoを活用し、短期間でグローバルでのタレントマネジメントオペレーションプラットフォームを確立し、お客様の社内イニシアティブでの初動・初期成果創出タイミングを加速させ、以後継続的に業務標準化やオペレーション対象の拡大していく変革・整備推進アプロ―チを支援

・人的資本経営に備えた、社内人材情報の管理・活用の効率化・活性化を狙った運用改善・オペレーティングモデル改革・ソリューションの整備・追加展開の構想策定及び実行支援

◆応募要件

社会人経験3年以上で、下記2つ以上の経験をお持ちの方

・人材管理ソリューションまたはファイナンシャル・ソリューションを用いた業務経験又はシステム構築・運用経験

・人材・組織運営領域またはファイナンシャル領域での業務経験

・プロジェクト形態・チーム形態でのレベル問わずリーダーシップを発揮して業務推進した経験

・人材・組織運営領域またはファイナンシャル領域でのパッケージ経験、SaaSコンフィグ, PaaSコーディング(Java・Python・R等含む)

◆望ましい経験・スキル

・英語を用いた業務推進に抵抗がない

・グローバルメンバーと働くことに前向き

・決められたことをこなすだけでなく、新しいことを仕掛ける意欲がある

・情報分析基盤の設計・構築(AWS/Azure/SAP SCP 等含む) 経験

・人事システム/他システムインターフェース設計・構築(ETL, SAP CPI等含む)経験
