【ポジション】

水処理機器・生産設備機器のルート営業(経験者)

【主な業務内容】

営業活動:既存のお客様に対する訪問・商談・見積・納品業務

取引先:食品・化学・製紙・自動車等の中規模~大手の工場やプラントメーカー

商品提案:工具やポンプなどの依頼を受け、適切な商品を探して納品

技術提案:合う商品がない場合の加工提案や改良アドバイス

連携業務:取付工事やエンジニアリング部と連携したメンテナンス請負

安心ポイント

1人30~50社を担当し、1日に10~15件訪問する計画的な営業活動。既存顧客が9割を占めるため、安定した関係性の中でお仕事いただけます。新規開拓はテレアポ専門部隊のサポートもあり、慣れてから段階的に取り組んでいただけます。

勤務時間は8:30~17:30の日勤のみ、年間休日122日でプライベートも充実できます。
