本ポジションは,医薬品包装および医療機器を組み合わせたコンビネーション製品の開発を担当します。先進的な包装技術とデバイス技術を活用し,治験薬(CTM)および商業用製品の提供を目指します。グローバルに社内外の関係者と積極的に連携し,担当プロジェクトに関連する科学的課題の解決や次世代包装・デバイスのイノベーションに貢献することが求められます。

This role focuses on developing innovative pharmaceutical packaging solutions and combination products that integrate medical devices, leveraging advanced technologies to support both clinical trial materials (CTM) and commercial products. The successful candidate will actively collaborate with global internal and external stakeholders to overcome scientific challenges and drive the development of next-generation packaging and device innovations.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

(雇入れ直後)

経口剤・注射剤の包装設計および評価(例:ブリスターパック,緩衝包装,輸送包装等)Packaging design and evaluation for oral and injectable products

商業用・治験用製品の包装プロセス開発Packaging process development for commercial and clinical use国内外GMP製造拠点への技術移管支援Global technology transfer support to GMP sites

コンビネーション製品(医薬品+デリバリーデバイス)の設計

・文書管理Combination product design and documentation規制当局提出用文書の作成及び照会事項への対応(包装・デバイス関連)Regulatory documentation and compliance management商業化後の製造課題の解決・改善(CMO,材料ベンダー等との連携)Post-commercialization troubleshooting and improvement新素材・新技術

・包装/デバイスソリューションの調査・評価Innovation in materials and packaging/device technologies若手研究者への包装・デバイス評価試験の指導Mentorship and training of junior researchers

求める人材:

【応募要件 / Qualifications】

<必須 / Required>

修士号以上(6年制薬学卒含む),または同等の知識Master's degree or higher (including six-year pharmaceutical science graduates), or equivalent knowledge

製剤開発,包装設計,製造における5年以上の経験At least 5 years of experience in formulation development, packaging design, or manufacturing

<歓迎 / Preferred>臨床段階から規制当局申請までの包装設計

・プロセス開発経験Demonstrated expertise in packaging design and process development, spanning from clinical stages to regulatory submission

包装・デバイス関連の規制文書を独自に作成できる能力Proven ability to independently prepare regulatory documentation for packaging and medical devices

ICHガイドラインおよびGMP基準に関する高度な知識Comprehensive knowledge of ICH guidelines and GMP standards

海外製造拠点への技術移管経験Hands-on experience in technology transfer to international manufacturing sites

グローバル連携に必要な英語力(TOEIC 730点以上または同等)Strong English proficiency for global collaboration (TOEIC 730+ or equivalent)

社内外関係者(潜在的パートナー含む)と効果的に関係構築できる優れたコミュニケーション力・論理的思考力(日本語・英語両方)Exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling effective relationship-building with internal teams and external stakeholders (including potential partners)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:15~17:15(月~木)、8:15~15:30(金)、専門業務型 裁量労働制

休暇・休日:

給与:

【給与 / Salary】

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定

②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給

③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給

①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
