【仕事内容】 「すごいベンチャー100」選出企業にて、自社で開発する太陽光発電所・系統用蓄電池の建設工事(造成・基礎工事)の管理業務をお任せします。

あなたは、現場に常駐する「監督」ではありません。 工事全体のスケジュールや品質を管理する「発注者(施主)」のポジションです。 これまでの現場経験(造成、道路、河川など)は、適切な工期設定や安全管理の判断において、非常に高く評価されます。

具体的な業務:

  • 発電所・蓄電所用地の造成計画の技術的チェック
  • 基礎工事(PC杭・コンクリート基礎)の施工管理
  • 協力会社(土木業者)への発注・指示出し・進捗管理
  • ※現場へは「検査・立会」として出張ベースで対応。基本は東京本社(港区)勤務です。

  • 土木施工管理の実務経験(3年以上目安)
  • 造成、道路、河川、基礎工事などジャンルは問いません。
  • 要普通自動車免許
  • ※1級・2級土木施工管理技士の資格をお持ちの方は優遇します。

勤務時間・曜日:

◆所定労働時間 08 時間00 分( 休憩60分)

┗フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:無)

┗フレキシブルタイム:7:00-22:00(所定日数×8時間)

※全社員の平均残業時間は約13時間 / 月 です

※「今日は早めに上がって、明日は集中して仕事する」など、個人の裁量でメリハリをつけて働けます。

  • フルフレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし/7:00〜22:00で自由勤務)
  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

※休日出勤が発生した場合には振休あり

全国の太陽光発電所や蓄電池の設置現場(出張あり)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,004,000 〜 ¥7,008,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥159,218〜¥222,982(80時間相当分)を含む。80時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

(年俸制(分割回数12回)年俸 5,040,000円~7,000,000円)

【内訳】

・基本給(月) :242,618~339,782円

・固定残業代(月) :159,218~222,982円

・深夜残業手当(月):15,164円~21,236円

*固定残業代80時間及び深夜勤務手当40時間分含む

*超過分は別途全額支給。

*実際の平均残業時間は月13時間程度です。80時間分は「手当」としてお受け取りください。
