What you will do
職務概要
:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of new business initiatives leveraging demand response capabilities within the Japanese energy market. 日本における需給調整力を活用した新規事業の企画・立案及び実行
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial concept to implementation, including customer negotiations and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. 案件の組成から実行に至るまでのプロジェクトの推進・管理(顧客との協議や関係者とのパートナーシップ構築などを含む)
- Facilitate internal approval processes by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. 社内関係者との協議による各種承認の取得のサポート
- Collaborate with global product teams to support the development and integration of new features into the company's Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform. 当社VPPプラットフォームへの新機能追加に向け、グローバルプロダクトチームと連携し開発のサポート
- Support market entry activities across various electricity markets, including technical and commercial discussions with customers, testing with transmission and distribution operators, and cross-functional coordination within the organization. 各電力市場への参入に向けた業務のサポート(顧客との技術的・商業的な協議、送配電事業者とのテスト、社内関係者との連携などを含む)

Proven experience in project execution プロジェクトの履行経験のある方
- Japanese: Native level proficiency 日本語:ネイティブレベル
- English: Business level proficiency 英語:ビジネスレベル
Preferred Qualifications (WANT) 歓迎:
- Experience in business development 事業開発の経験
- Experience in energy-related operations エネルギー関連業務の経験
- Knowledge of aggregation businesses or battery storage projects アグリゲーション事業や蓄電池事業に関する知識
- Degree in engineering 工学系の学位
