Project Planning & Management (Onshore Wind Development)
*POSITION SUMMARY*
General project management, planning, and reporting role for onshore wind development pipeline projects.
Part of the PMO team, working closely with internal stakeholders such as land, development, and engineering teams.
Main duties include tracking development milestones, land acquisition progress, project expenditures, and supporting PM-related tasks.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Coordinate requests and manage tasks across relevant internal teams (engineering, commercial, land, legal, etc.).
- Track project development and organise related information for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on land acquisition progress in collaboration with land and development teams.
- Track, monitor, report, and forecast project expenditures (DEVEX), including coordination with commercial and finance teams.
*REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Education*
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
*Work Experience*
- Experience in the power or renewable energy sector (domestic or overseas)
- Project management experience
*Technical Skills*
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Earth proficiency
*Language Skills*
- Business-level English and Japanese
*Soft Skills*
- Ability to process large volumes of cross-disciplinary data into concise reports for stakeholders, including senior management
Good to Have
*Work Experience*
- Experience in overseas or multinational environments
- Experience in real estate or land-acquisition-related roles
*Technical Skills*
- CAD or GIS (mapping) software
- Knowledge of Japanese real estate systems
- Knowledge of permitting processes for forestry land or power plant projects in Japan

- Strong communication, organisational, and management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
