<ソリューション・コンサルタントの役割>
ソリューション・コンサルタントとして、お客様のビジネス課題を解決する最新技術を駆使したITソリューションの検討、および、ソリューション実現のためソフトウェアの実現方針の策定や設計・実装を行います。
顧客要望に応じて、社内のデジタルIP(DiPcore)や様々なクラウドサービスなど最先端テクノロジーを活用しながら、最適なシステムを設計・構築し、大手企業の基幹系システム構築やDX推進に関わる様々なご要望の実現を支援します。
ビッグクライアントの案件が多く、大手企業の経営課題を解決する難易度は高くも、やりがいのある大規模プロジェクトにかかわることができます。
ITが普及した現代ではお客様の課題自体が高度化・複雑化していて、前例のない業務に取り組むことも少なくありません。
その実現のため、最先端テクノロジーの適用を踏まえたソフトウェアの実現方針をとことん考え、それを設計・実装に落としていくのがNRIのソリューション・コンサルタントです。

[必須要件]※各顧客業界において、下記のうち1つ以上のご経験
製造/物流/サービス各業界系プロジェクト:
■顧客業務システム等の構築において、エンジニアとしての開発経験(3年以上)
■顧客業務システムの要件定義(3年以上)
■デジタルマーケティング分野の開発経験
■SAP会計/ロジティクス/人事系パッケージ導入プロジェクトでのシステム化計画~実現化、あるいはビジネス設計~本稼動準備工程におけるコンサルティング経験
■Salesforce、ServiceNowの提案・導入・開発経験
■音声ソリューション、デジタルコンタクトセンターでの開発経験
■自動車メーカーの顧客データ、車載データ活用サービスのアプリケーション開発経験
流通/小売業界系プロジェクト:
■顧客業務システム等の構築において、エンジニアとしての開発経験(5年以上)
■顧客業務システム等の構築において、設計・開発管理の実践経験(10名以上)
■Google Cloudでの開発経験をお持ちであれば尚可
■Salesforceでの開発経験をお持ちであれば尚可

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 ※メンバー職はフレックスタイム制を適用(コアタイム10:00~15:00、1日7:30労働)
