- 直近のリリース ・三菱地所のCVCであるBRICKS FUND TOKYO等から追加資金調達を実施。 累計調達額は6.5億円に ・MOZUオーダー、リリースからわずか11ヶ月で単月受注額が1億円を突破 ・代表取締役 野口のインタビュー記事 【独占取材】バーティカルSaaSの第一人者が狙う次なる巨大市場とは ) ・SaaS飽和時代のバーティカル戦略論 ・連続起業家が切り開く「SaaSの新境地」 【当社について】 私たちは、建築業界向けのデジタル商社として、資材発注の非効率を解消するBtoBマーケットプレイス『MOZUオーダー』を展開しています。 建築業界は22兆円規模の市場でありながら、アナログな商習慣が根強く残る領域です。 当社のサービスを通じて、見積、発注プロセスを効率的、スムーズにし、価格の透明性を高めることで業界全体のDXを推進しています。 【募集背景】 上記サービスを運営する当社では、キッチン・浴室・洗面台など水回り製品の販売・施工を手掛けており、施工はすべて外部パートナー企業に委託しています。 案件増加に伴い、施工品質の安定化と工程調整のスピード向上が急務となっています。 これまで属人的に行ってきた外注管理や品質チェックを仕組み化し、より高い品質と顧客満足度を実現するため、施工管理経験を持つ新たなメンバーをお迎えします。 【ミッション】 施工現場の品質とスケジュールを守るプロジェクト管理担当として、外部施工パートナーとの信頼関係を築きながら、顧客満足度を最大化することがミッションです。 単なる調整役ではなく、「どうすればより良い施工体制が構築できるか」を考え、仕組みやルールづくりにも関わっていただきます。 【業務内容】 水回りシステム品(キッチン・バス・洗面台等)の施工に関する外部委託先の発注・進捗管理・品質管理を中心にご担当いただきます。 ・外部施工業者の選定・契約・発注(見積依頼〜発注書作成) ・施工スケジュールの調整・進捗管理(顧客・営業・施工業者間の調整) ・完工後の品質チェック、検査立会い、不具合対応 ・外部業者の評価・フィードバック(品質・納期・安全面) ・業務マニュアルや品質基準の改善提案 ・将来的には、複数案件の統括や外注ネットワークの拡大・強化にも関与 【働き方】 ・内勤業務100%で、リモートでの対応も可能です。 ・土日祝休み(完全週休2日制) ・営業・設計・CSとの連携体制が整っており、社内外の情報共有はオンラインツールで効率的に実施 ・残業は月20時間以内 【業務の魅力】 ・裁量の大きさ:外部業者の選定や改善提案など、裁量が大きく、自らの工夫で品質を上げられる ・リモート可で働きやすい環境:リモートでの対応も可能。現場作業ではなく、「管理・調整」に特化し、体力負担が少ない ・専門領域での成長:水回り専門で案件が安定しており、専門性を深めやすい ・高品質へのこだわり:品質・安全管理に投資する文化があり、妥協のない施工が可能 【キャリアパス】 ・入社1年目:既存の協力会社管理と案件進行の引き継ぎ ・2〜3年目:複数案件の統括や外注ネットワークの再構築 ・将来は施工管理部門のマネジメントや、品質管理部門の立ち上げにも挑戦可能
必須スキル
・建築・設備・リフォーム分野での施工管理経験(水回りシステム品 必須) ・外部業者や顧客との調整業務経験 ・基本的なPCスキル(Excel・メールなど)

・建築士、施工管理技士など関連資格 ・協力会社の選定・評価・改善提案の経験
