【必須資格・経験】

【必須要件】

・組織のラインマネジメント経験

・システム開発において、要件定義工程~下流工程まで一通りのご経験

・以下のいずれかのご経験

開発プロジェクトにおけるPMもしくはチームリーダー経験

運用保守におけるチームリーダー経験

・PMBOK・ITIL等、体系的な知識に準拠した開発・保守・運用スキル

【歓迎資格・経験】

・生産系業務領域の基礎的知識を有している方

・SAPアプリケーション領域

(PP、もしくはMM)の開発・運用経験、知識

・SAP認定コンサルタント資格保有

(SD, MM, PP, FI, CO いずれか)

仕事内容


ITサービスマネージャー(管理職)【充実した福利厚生/大規模システムの運用】

【仕事内容】

  • キリングループのSAP生産領域・購買領域のシステム開発・運用についてマネジメントをご担当いただきます。

※現時点でSAPに関するスキルは必須ではありません。入社後にSAPの知識習得や資格取得の機会を提供いたします

【具体的な業務内容】

<運用保守業務>

・チームリード・マネジメント

・問合せや障害対応時のメンバーおよび協力会社への指示・進捗管理、運用改善

・事業課題に対するシステム観点のコンサルテーション・検討推進(組織変更や法令対応など)

<開発業務>

・プロジェクト計画の立案、プロジェクト管理

・プロジェクトの各工程の実行(詳細設計・製造・単体テストを除く)、課題検討推進

<メンバーマネジメント業務>

・部長と共に人財育成の検討、推進

・その他マネジメント業務(SLA、目標・課題進捗管理、要員管理、予実管理など)

【年収・給与】

900万円~1300万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【キリングループ全体の情報インフラ環境の構築・維持・管理】

パソコン、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、メール、OAアプリケーションなど、グループ共通のITインフラの構築・運用・保守をおこないます。

また、オフィス環境の整備として、TV会議やOA複合機導入、ペーパーレス化の推進などもおこないます。
