・チェックイン/チェックアウト

・荷物のお預かり

・予約受付

・お問い合わせへの電話対応

・業務日誌の作成

【清掃業務】

・館内のチェック

・大浴場や客室の清掃

【その他の業務】

・キッチン-軽食やドリンクの提供

・SNSの投稿

・POPの作成など

・館内ルールをご理解いただけないお客様への状況説明、注意喚起」

・機器トラブル時の状況ヒアリング、説明対応
