ご入社時は当社で使用するシステム理解研修を1日実施します。

月1回でスキル・知識研修を実施しております。

その他、階層別研修、外部研修

【店舗】

◆接客やカウンター内業務からスタート

店舗内業務を知り、リユースビジネス運営に必要な知識を習得できます。

◆買取業務

商品の買取査定、商品の値付けなど店舗仕入れ全般をお願い致します。

値入率や粗利率の計算方法など習得できます。

◆店長、副店長

ご入社最短2年目でマネジメント職へのキャリアアップ可能。

得意分野を活かした店舗つくりが可能

その後、本部にてエリアマネージャー、流通部門など本部でのキャリアアップも可能です。

◆ご希望に合わせPIT作業も同時に習得できます。

タイヤ組換えやタイヤホールの脱着、オイル交換、マフラー交換、足回り交換、AV関係の作業が入ります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥56,000〜¥69,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:360万~550万円

月給:30万円以上+諸手当

(基本給24.4万円~+固定残業代5.6万円~)
