扱う鉄筋の種類や用語の意味を学ぶ勉強会をはじめ、

自分達が日々見ている図面の意味や

より深い理解ができるよう

住宅を施工している現場見学も実施

建築?資材?図面…?

未経験・専門知識ゼロの方も

安心してスタート出来ます

【仕事内容】

分譲住宅や注文住宅を建てる上で必要となる鉄筋を、

図面からの拾い出し、確認を行います。

  • 鉄筋部材の拾い出し

企業から届いた発注書と図面より、使用されている

部材の大きさ・重さ・形状を洗い出し、

鉄筋部材の数量を拾い出し、確認します。

すでに組み立て済みの鉄筋や

それらをつなぐパーツ…

パーツを探しては、数えていく…

ちょっとしたゲーム感覚で進めていけるので、

パズルを解くことが好きな人なら

スグに活躍できるはずです

  • 打ち合わせ

基礎工事を担当する業者と打ち合わせにて、

図面を見るだけでは分からないような

細かい部分の確認を行います。

  • 依頼書を作成

工場の生産に必要となる依頼書を作ります。

※依頼書例

「鉄筋×メートル×本」

「ユニットをつなぐ部品個」というイメージです

その他、現場で工事を進めやすいように

簡単な図面(定規で引く程度のものでOK)も作成して封入。

※出荷後、工事担当者からの問い合わせがきた場合は

随時対応します。

  • 資材の発注は工場の担当者が行うので、

筋部材の拾い出しだけに集中できます

「対応業務が多くて心配…」という方もご安心を

  • 部材の算出は1棟につき2~3時間。

1日3件程担当します。

  • 3ヶ月毎に上司と振り返りを実施

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

8:00~17:30(実働8時間)

  • 残業は月平均20~30時間。

基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
