仕事内容:
業務内容
海外不動産仲介事業部に配属され、富裕層の方に向けた 商談アポイント獲得業務 をお任せします。
自社プラットフォームに過去にお問い合わせのあったお客様へ架電を行い、再度ご興味を持っていただけるようご案内・交渉し、商談につなげていただく業務です。
具体的には
- アポ獲得のためのリスト精査
- 不動産オーナー様への商談調整電話
- ヒアリング内容の共有、報告書作成
※不動産の専門知識は不要。業務を通じて学んでいただけます。
顧客層
経営者や大手企業の役員など、富裕層(ハイクラス層)の方々が中心です。
一流ビジネスパーソンとのやり取りを通じて、営業スキル・交渉力を磨くことができます。

- アポインター経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:
月間100時間以上の稼働が必要となります。
10:00~19:00の間で、ご自身のご都合に合わせて自由にスケジュールを組んでいただけます。

給与:
給与(契約条件)

- 契約期間:3ヶ月(更新あり / 上限なし)
- 報酬:時給2,000円
- その他条件:月間100時間以上の稼働を必須とし、32万円(月額換算)を目安に稼働いただきます
- 昇給/降給:原則なし(業務成果に応じて見直しの可能性あり)
