仕事内容:

①入校希望者への受付対応と料金説明

在校生からのスケジュール変更・キャンセル要望に対応し、最適なプランをご提案

②高齢者講習の予約受付業務

警察業務代行として、講習履歴や免許情報などの情報入力システムに携わる

③申込書・契約書などの各種書類作成・管理

正確で丁寧な事務処理で、教習所の重要な業務をサポート

④1日50件以上のお客様対応を通じたコミュニケーション業務

電話対応やご来店対応を中心に、教習所の顔として活躍

⑤教習所特化の顧客管理システムとExcelを使用した業務

基本的なPC操作スキルが活かせる環境で、新たなスキル習得も可能
