業務内容
【概要】
トヨタ車が世界で走るための"パスポート"を発行する要の部門にて、パワートレーン系の法規に関わる国内外の認証取得および法規対応業務を担当いただきます。
【詳細】
・パワートレーン系の認証項目:排ガス、燃費、エンジン馬力、モータ出力、電費etc.
・法規の解釈、認証試験法の確立
・車両企画部署および設計部署と連携。認証計画の立案
・型式認証試験の実務遂行
・認証官との認証試験に関わる認証渉外対応
・開発段階での法規適合性確認および課題抽出
※将来的には国際機関・政府へのルールメイク活動(法規提案・改訂対応)にも携わる可能性あり

◇自動車業界における法規認証の関連業務
◇国内、海外の各国規制当局との交渉業務
◇開発や実験部門にて、環境面(排ガス・燃費・電費・出力等)の法規認証に関わった経験

◇法規情報収集や認可取得(自動車に限定せず)
◇英語での技術文書作成やメール対応経験(RW必須、SLあれば尚可)

私たち法規認証部は自動車の型式認可取得を重要なミッションとして業務を推進しています。その型式認可取得は、製品開発の出口として、重要な位置づけにあります。法規要件を確保し、品質担保した製品をお客様に届ける役割を担う責任が有り、大変やりがいのある業務になります。また、グローバルに新法規導入する国も増加する中で、社内関係部署や各国の事業体と共に認証プロセス構築や認証渉外、認証試験をチームで協力しながら進めていくことができるやりがいのある業務です。
