【概要】
環境問題の深刻化に伴い、欧米を中心に環境法規の強化・新設が加速しています。さらに、それらの法規が新興国へ波及するスピードも増しており、環境法規対応の高度化・複雑化が進んでいます。こうした動きに対して、トヨタ、時には自動車業界の代表として、欧米・新興国の環境法規情報の収集・分析や、当局・業界団体との折衝を通じて、「実現可能かつ効果的な法規づくり」にするための働きかけを行います。
当局・自工会・海外トヨタグループとの協働を重ねながら、「三方よし(ユーザー・環境・業界すべてに良い法規づくり)」を実現する、極めて社会的意義の高い業務です。
【詳細】
・欧米を中心とした先進国の新しい環境法規に関する情報収集と規制当局への理解活動
・新興国における法規波及動向のモニタリングおよび理解促進活動(現地当局・自工会・代理店等との連携)
・新法規への対応に向けた社内体制の構築および関係者支援(法解釈・情報展開・対応方針策定など)
・トヨタグループ・業界団体(日本自工会等)を通じた国際渉外・ルールメイキング活動の推進
※現地に1種間程度の出張する機会もございます

応募資格
【下記いずれかの経験がある方】 目安:経験年数3年以上
・各種製品関連の法規(自動車対象法規に限らない)又は規格情報の収集・調査、分析
・規制当局または業界団体と交渉・折衝経験(自動車業界に関わらない)
※上記のいずれも、TOEC800点、又は英検準1級程度の英語力が必要
【下記いずれかのご経験がある方】目安:経験年数3年以上
・海外法規制に対する許認可取得業務
・自動車技術の開発や自動車部品の設計業務
・自動車の環境規制(排ガス、燃費、電費、CO2など)の制定プロセスにおける欧米当局との交渉経

規制当局への法規渉外及び認可取得を行う組織です。そのために必要な社内部署の監査も行います。
適切な製品をお客様にお届けするため、「法」および「認証」に関する社内の様々な問い合わせに応え、迅速な法規調査や課題提起、社内体制の構築・推進等を関係部署とともに行っています。
<ミッション>
大きく分けて下記3つのミッションに取り組んでいます。
◇各国の法規情報収集、技術基準及び認証制度におけるフェアな競争環境整備への貢献
◇適正かつ効率的な認証取得企画と取得
◇法規への適合や環境・安全品質の担保とCSR遂行に向けた仕組みづくり
