・業務内容】 本募集は、デジタル庁の幹部やリーダー層と連携しながら行政全体のデジタル化を推進するためのオペレーション策定と実行支援を行っている経営企画のスタッフ(アソシエイト)ポジションでございます。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです。 1.各種会議事務局における運営サポート - 会議日程調整、報告資料取りまとめ、当日運営、議事録作成、関係者送付、の一連の流れのサポート 2.コーポレートプランニングユニットにおけるスタッフ業務(データ入力、チェック、資料作成等) 3.各種プロジェクトにおける支援業務 - 会議体運営や資料整理、事務作業等 4.その他、行政運営の遂行のために必要な業務
デジタル庁内の業務、組織及び役割を包括的に学ぶことができるポジションになります。将来的には、デジタル庁だけでなく他の行政機関含めたオペレーション構築
・改善を担っていただく可能性があります。

【採用予定人数】 複数名程度
【募集期間】 令和8年3月31日まで ※定員に達した場合、期間内であっても公募を終了する予定です。 ※応募の状況により延長する場合がございます。

Working Conditions
Salary想定年収:450万~800万円 ※一般職の職員の給与に関する法律(昭和25年法律第95号)に基づき、職務経験や職務内容等を勘案し、常勤職員との権衡を考慮して給与決定します。 ※ 想定年収は、賞与(年2回)を含む、週5日フルタイム勤務の場合の理論値となります。 ※ ほか、超過勤務手当を支給します。 (例:想定年収600万円の場合、超過勤務時間平均20時間/月で年収660万程度)

Job Typeデジタル庁職員 ※身分は非常勤の一般職国家公務員となります。
Work hours【勤務日数等】 稼働日数:週5日 ※(上長の合意のもと)ご担当いただくプロジェクトの進行に支障のない範囲でリモートワークを実施いただくことが可能です。

【休日】 土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月3日) ※年次有給休暇は、7ヵ月目から次の1年間分として付与されます(例えば、1週間当たり5日契約で、全勤務日の8割以上勤務した場合、10日間分付与)。
【任期】 任期:年度更新 ※入庁時の任期は年度末迄(最大1年)です。年度末に勤務実績考慮の上、双方合意に基づき、更新(年度毎の再採用)を行います。
【試用期間】 試用期間:1か月 ※週4日以上勤務の場合に限る
【留意事項】 応募者が民間企業などとの兼業を予定している場合、原則として、採用された任期中に応募者が仕様書作成など直接関与することとなったプロジェクトに関連する調達案件への入札に関し、兼業で所属している事業者等の参加が制限されます。
【その他】 採用者にあっては国家公務員法の適用を受けます。
