【職務概要】

ITコンサルタントとして従事いただきます。業務×ITの同社知見や個人のナレッジを活かし、顧客の課題を解決し、プロジェクトを成功に導くことがミッションです。

各領域に対するお客様へのヒアリング、各種資料の理解を通じて業務・システム面の課題を抽出し、それらの課題を解決するためのソリューションを提案し、それを高効率、高品質で実現するためのアイデアについてお客様に説明・合意するとともに、実行計画を立案いただきます。

もしくはそれらの実行計画に基づいてシステム構築から運用保守に至るまでを推進いただきます。

業界特性に応じて、標準化領域は同社ソリューションやパッケージを組み合わせて、なるべく安価でコンパクトにサービスをデザインしながら、戦略領域については顧客の差別化戦略を実現すべく、顧客・サービスの未来を考えデザイン・システム実装、サービス展開までを支援します。

【職務詳細】

・顧客に対する提案やグランドデザイン(ゴールと進め方の定義)の実施

・プロジェクトのリーディング、マネージメント

・要件定義から設計、開発・テスト・導入までのチームリーダーやアーキテクトリーダー

・顧客側の立場での(他社案件も含めて)のプロジェクト推進支援

・過去10名以上のPM経験がある方

・顧客への交渉経験がある方

【給与】

年収:600万~2000万程度

月給制:月額350000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

【勤務地】

東京都品川区大崎1-2-2: アートヴィレッジ大崎セントラルタワー

JR各線「大崎」駅徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:取引先(案件先)の勤務地により異なる

【勤務時間】

始業9時00分、終業18時00分を基本とし、労働者の決定に委ねる(7.5時間勤務したものとみなす)

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(6か月)
