【お任せする業務内容】
整体とマシンピラティスを組み合わせた、
完全マンツーマンレッスンを中心としたスタジオ業務です。
全国60店舗以上で展開するスタジオで培われた
指導メソッド・運営フローをもとに、
未経験の方でも段階的にスキルを身につけられる環境を整えています。
・マンツーマン形式でのピラティスセッション
・受付/予約管理などのフロント対応
・美容・健康に関するSNS発信のサポート
・スタジオ内の環境整備、簡単な事務作業
・社内研修への参加
※OJT・研修制度あり
姿勢の見方や解剖の基礎、セルフケアなど、
日常の美容・健康にも活かせる知識が自然と身につきます。

【1日の流れ(早番の一例)】
09:00|出勤
当日の予約内容を確認し、レッスン準備。
09:30|午前セッション(2〜3名)
お一人おひとりの状態に合わせたパーソナル対応。
変化を間近で感じられる時間です。
13:00|ランチタイム
近隣でリフレッシュ。軽くストレッチをするスタッフも。
14:00|事務・SNS対応
レッスン記録の整理や、簡単な発信業務。
15:00|午後セッション(2〜3名)
「ラインが変わってきた」などの声がやりがいに。
18:00|退勤
片付け後はそのまま帰宅。
仕事後の時間も大切にできます。

La pilates(ラピラティス)は、「整体×マシンピラティス」によるWアプローチで、心身のバランスを整えるパーソナルピラティススタジオです。初心者から上級者まで一人ひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドレッスンを提供し、姿勢改善・柔軟性向上・ボディメイクをサポートします。専任の女性インストラクターがマンツーマンで寄り添い、継続しやすく、効果を実感しやすい環境づくりに力を入れています。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
※活躍に応じてインセンティブ付与
※入社して半年間は試用期間のため、契約社員となります。
(試用期間中の1か月は研修期間:基本給-2万円を日割り計算にて勤務日数分支給/2か月以降は本採用時と同条件)
