■業務概要:
- ITERのトリチウムプラントの選定されたサブシステムに関する設計、製造、試験、据付、試運転の実施・レビュー・監督・承認。
- プロセスプラントのソリューション提供を支援し、要求事項が包括的に満たされ、明確に実証されることを確保。
- エンジニアリング解析を用いて設計判断を行い、関連する規格・基準に適合することを保証。
- システムのライフサイクル全体にわたり、幅広いプロセスエンジニアリング分野で高品質なエンジニアリングソリューションを提供。
- プロジェクトのスケジュールと予算に従い、品質保証された環境で、厳密かつ体系的な方法で成果物を作成。
■応募条件:
- 原子力または危険環境分野におけるプラントシステムの設計、統合、据付の支援経験。
- 化学プロセスエンジニアリング:危険環境におけるプラントシステムやインターフェースの仕様策定、設計、試験、据付、保守に化学工学の原理を適用。
- 原子力環境でのプラントシステムの製造、試験、適格性確認、試運転。
- 設計(プロジェクト要件に基づく技術設計の作成):プロセスや高カテゴリーの原子力安全システムを含むコンポーネント設計開発、設計工学および解析。
- エンジニアリング分野におけるプロジェクト管理および調達(技術仕様書作成、計画、進捗測定、成果物管理、リスク・コスト管理、進捗報告)。
- 技術文書作成:技術要件仕様書の作成、一貫性確認、文書管理。
- 複雑性管理と問題解決:複数の情報源を分析し、問題を正確に理解・定義した上で提案へと進める能力。
- 継続的改善:効率、品質、生産性を向上させるためのプロセスやシステムの改善提案。
- 品質マネジメントシステム(QMS):担当分野に関連する適用手順の遵守。
■ 望ましい経験・能力:
- トリチウム、水素、または高純度ガス処理技術の安全な取り扱いに関する知識。
- ソフトウェア:プロセスシミュレーションソフト(例:ASPENなど)。
- 組織対応力:複雑な方針、プロセス、人間関係の中で円滑に対応できる能力。
- 業務プロセス最適化:最も効果的・効率的なプロセスを特定し、継続的改善に焦点を当てて業務を遂行。
学歴・言語条件:
- 原子力、化学、化学工学または関連分野の「修士号」または同等の学位(学位は、同様の職務経験や関連分野の追加研修・資格によって代替可能)。
- 英語:流暢(スピーキングとライティング)。
