主な業務内容

  • 統合ビジネスプランニング(IBP)の推進
    :長期戦略、中期計画、短期実行を一貫して整合性を確保
  • クロスファンクショナル連携
    :営業、マーケティング、財務、サプライチェーン、オペレーション間の意思決定をサポート
  • データ統合と可視化
    :複数ソースの情報を統合し、透明性の高い計画を策定
  • 需給バランスの最適化
    :顧客需要と供給能力を調整し、財務・運用面の整合性を確保
  • 財務計画との連動
    :オペレーション計画と収益目標をリンクさせ、利益確保を支援
  • シナリオプランニングとリスク管理
    :代替シナリオの評価とリスク軽減策の策定
  • パフォーマンスモニタリング
    :KPIに基づく進捗管理と責任の明確化
  • 継続的改善
    :レビュー結果を活用し、プロセス改善を推進

求める人物像・資格

  • 学歴
    :関連分野の学士号、または同等の経験
  • 経験・スキル
    :
  • 戦略的思考と実務レベルのプロジェクト管理能力
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決力
  • 医療業界での営業オペレーション、サービス、ビジネス分析経験
  • CRM、契約管理、価格設定などの商業プロセスに関する知識
  • 複数部門にまたがる商業プロジェクトの管理経験(1年以上)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic
Commercial Excellence Manager
to lead integrated business planning and drive operational excellence within a global diagnostics organization. This is a high-impact role where you will align strategic, tactical, and operational plans, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP):
    Align long-term strategy with mid-term plans and short-term execution for consistent business performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to enable informed decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Consolidate data into a single, unified plan for transparency and accuracy.
  • Demand & Supply Optimization:
    Balance customer demand with supply capacity while maintaining financial and operational integrity.
  • Financial Integration:
    Link operational plans with financial targets to ensure profitability and cash flow alignment.
  • Scenario Planning & Risk Management:
    Prepare mitigation strategies and evaluate alternative scenarios to minimize risk.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Drive accountability by assigning clear ownership and tracking KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Use insights to refine processes and enhance future planning cycles.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
  • Proven ability to think strategically while managing tactical projects.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving expertise.
  • Experience in sales operations, service, or business analysis within a commercial healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM, contract management, pricing tools, and global commercial processes.
  • 1+ years managing commercial sales projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Skills:
    Collaborative mindset, analytical thinking, and ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
