【期待する役割】
IHIは海上自衛隊保有の艦艇向けに、航空転用型ガスタービンエンジン及びその制御装置等を納入しており、納入後のアフターサポートも行っています。
その中で当グループでは、新製エンジンの製造、納入したエンジンのオーバーホール、納入機器の現地整備等のとりまとめ及びその技術検討や生産支援を担当しています。
防衛力の抜本的強化における防衛予算の大幅な増加に伴い艦船用ガスタービンに関わる案件も拡大しており、護衛艦の活動に極めて重要な役割を果たす当製品に関わることで、国防と社会貢献に直結するやりがいを得られます。
【具体的には】
「こんごう」型、「むらさめ」型、「ひゅうが」型、「はやぶさ」型、「いずも」型など様々な護衛艦に搭載されているガスタービン主機及び主発電機等の3機種における納入後の後方支援を行うチームのリーダーとして、オーバーホール及び現地整備に必要な部品の補給に関わる以下の業務を行います。
(ガスタービンエンジンには、数千点の部品が構成されており、それらの部品を適切に準備する必要があります。)
◆エンジンオーバーホール及び現地整備に必要な部品の需給予測・結果の取りまとめと評価
◆整備に必要な部品の調達計画立案及び、入荷状況の確認や促進依頼
◆客先(防衛省・海上自衛隊)の予算に合わせた部品売り込みの提案と折衝
◆海外ライセンサーとの調整業務(部品の納入状況確認、定期的なコミュニケーション)
本業務は、防衛省、海上自衛隊のみならず、社内外の多くの部門と連携して進めていきます。

■フレックスタイム:有(コアタイム無)
■平均残業時間:30時間程度
■在宅勤務:基本的に出社を前提(ご自身やご家庭の状況により配慮可)

【必須要件】
■生産管理や購買業務経験をお持ちの方
■予実管理や需給管理の知見をお持ちの方
■英語を使用することに抵抗が無い方(メールのやり取り等)
【給与】
年収 780 ~ 1050 万円
※年収は、経験・年齢・資格等を考慮し、規定により決定致します。
■賞与:年2回(6月、12月)■残業代:別途支給致します。
※管理職採用となった場合は、監理・監督者のため残業代の支給はございません。
予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
