Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading
end-to-end executive-level recruitment across the APAC region
while partnering closely with Global Talent Acquisition. The position combines
hands-on executive hiring
with strategic workforce initiatives to support long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Talent Acquisition (APAC)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive-level roles across APAC, ensuring alignment with global hiring standards.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering market insights and hiring recommendations.
Talent Mapping
- Assess current and future talent capabilities against business objectives to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Develop visibility into critical roles, high-potential talent, and skill distribution across the APAC region.
Succession Planning
- Support leadership continuity by identifying ready-now and future successors for key roles.
- Mitigate talent risk through proactive planning, internal mobility, and development pipelines.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Align regional hiring priorities, sourcing channels, and timelines with global TA and business goals.
- Enhance quality of hire through data-driven sourcing strategies, employer branding, and an optimized candidate experience.
