医師出身の執行役員(medical HR責任者/BizDev兼任)とともに、同社の医療人事機能をゼロから設計・実装いただきます。
採用戦略、育成体系、評価制度、キャリアパスを統合し、
【AIを前提とした医療チーム構造】
を実現するための組織デザインを担います。

■具体的な業務内容
医療人材戦略の設計・実装(採用・育成・配置の一貫設計)
-獣医師・動物看護師の採用スキーム構築(KPI設計、母集団形成、採用ブランディング)
- -AIスマートクリニック4.0モデルに最適化された職種構造の再定義
-医療現場×経営ボード連携による採用戦略レビュー、データ分析による改善実行
育成・評価制度の構築(スキル体系×キャリア体系)
-1次・2次診療連携を前提とした職能別トレーニングプログラム設計
- -臨床技術・マネジメント・BizDevスキルを統合した評価制度の策定
-AI診療データや臨床実績を活用した公正な評価インフラの整備
経営HRとしてのBizDev推進
-医療従事者LTV最大化を目的とした「働きがい×収益性」の両立モデルの設計
- -現場データと経営指標を連動させた医療組織ダッシュボードの企画・実装

応募条件
■必須
- 3年以上の事業会社またはコンサルティングファームにおける採用・組織開発・人材戦略の設計経験
- ビジネスモデルや事業構造を理解し、HRを経営レイヤーで考えられる方
- 定量・定性の両面で組織を構造的に捉え、オーナーシップを持って実行できる方

- 人事データやAIツールを活用した採用・評価設計の経験
