HRセールス本部は、勤怠・人事・給与管理などの人事労務領域に特化したクラウドサービスを提供し、

中堅~大手企業を中心に幅広い業界の課題解決を担っています。

従業員数50~1000名規模の中堅~大手企業を対象に、課題解決型の提案営業を担当いただきます。

マーケティング・インサイドセールスと連携し、商談から受注までを担当し、

顧客の業務課題をヒアリングし、HRクラウドサービスを活用したソリューションを提案します。

【具体的には】

・ 従業員数50~1000名規模の中堅~大手企業を対象に、課題解決型の提案営業を担当

・ マーケティング・インサイドセールスと連携し、商談から受注までを担当

・ 顧客の業務課題をヒアリングし、HRクラウドサービスを活用したソリューションを提案

・ 社内の関連部門(カスタマーサクセス等)と連携し、価値提供を最大化

・ 将来的にはリーダー・マネージャーとして、チーム推進やメンバー育成に関わるチャンス

【求める人材】

・IT/無形商材の法人営業経験(3年以上)

・顧客課題のヒアリングから解決提案までの経験

・チーム連携や関係者との協調を大切にできる方

【歓迎】

・新規営業経験3年以上

・SaaS・HR・ERPの営業経験・人事労務領域の業務経験/知識

・大手企業(~3000名規模)への新規提案営業経験5年以上

【給与】

年収800~1005万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
