ドキュメント管理システムのユーザーサポート(運用支援)、ヘルプデスク対応を
お願いします。
■ユーザからの問合せ対応やデータ修正
■サーバ処理運用監視
■システムエラー時のリカバリ業務
■マニュアル作成、およびメンバー間情報共有、教育

◎お客様からの問合せ内容によって、専門部署への取次ぎを行っていただきます。
お客様がやりたい操作は何で、現在システムにどんな表示が出ていて、それを解決するためにはどの部署に取り次げば良いかなど臨機応変な対応が求められますが、経験を積んでいただけばスムーズに対応できるようになります。

求める人材:
【必須】
■傾聴姿勢を持ってBtoBまたはBtoCのお客様対応のご経験があること。
(ユーザーと良好なコミュニケーションが取れる)
■Oracle の知識があること。
(データベースにおける、ログイン・テーブルなどの基礎知識レベルがあること)
■SQL が書けること。
■ マニュアルが作成できること。
(オペレーションマニュアルや、ツールのインストール手順書など)
