事業部制と職能制をMIXした組織体系となっております。

サービス単位では、プロデューサー・マーケター・ディレクター・エンジニア・デザイナーなど一つのチームでプロダクト運営を行っております。新規プロダクトの開発や職能ごとのナレッジ共有・成長を目的に事業部横断のプロジェクトも常に複数立ち上がっています。本ポジションでは、ボードメンバーや事業責任者との合意形成を行い、プロジェクトメンバーとともに現場でのPDCAも推進いただくことを想定しております。

  • 3ヶ月に1回、上長と相談しながら目標を決めて、その達成度や貢献度に応じて評価が決まります。

目標設定と評価のフィードバックの面談があるため、年に8回は必ず上長との面談を設けています。

  • 全社と担当サービスの売上・営業利益の目標に対する達成度が評価に反映されます。

・360度評価

  • チームメンバーや上長、部下を含めた業務に関わるメンバーをお互いに評価し合う制度です。

待遇

  • 通勤手当

10万円/月まで支給(最寄駅から2キロ超の場合は、バス代支給)

※会社からの通勤距離が3キロ以内の場合には、通勤交通費は支給されません

  • 住宅手当

・10,000円/月

※勤務地から2㎞圏内の賃貸に住んでいる30歳以下の世帯主となる社員は家賃(管理費・共益費込み)が10万円未満は20,000円/月、10万円以上は30,000円/月を支給

※住宅手当が20,000円以上の支給対象者は通勤手当は支給されません
