仕事内容:

当社が展開する化粧品・医薬品・サプリメントブランドの海外展開を担う営業ポジションです。

国内営業をベースとしつつ、英語を用いた海外取引・新規開拓・関係構築をお任せします。

単なる「海外対応担当」ではなく、どの国・どのチャネルで・どう売るかまで関与できるポジションです。

◆主な業務内容

・海外取引先(代理店・バイヤー・パートナー企業)との営業活動

・英語等での商談・メール・契約条件の調整

・海外市場向けの営業戦略・販売スキームの構築

・国内営業チームと連携した商品提案・価格設計

・輸出条件・流通・商流に関する調整

・海外展示会・商談会への参加(必要に応じて)

・社内(商品企画・マーケ・物流)との連携・調整

・関連業務での実務経験2年以上

・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方

・美容・医薬品・サプリメント分野に興味・理解がある方

・社内外との調整を丁寧に進められる方

・国内営業+海外営業の両方に柔軟に対応できる方

◆歓迎する経験・スキル

・海外営業・貿易実務の経験

・化粧品・医薬品・健康食品業界での実務経験

・英語以外の言語スキル(中国語・韓国語など)

・海外展示会・商談会での営業経験

・BtoB/BtoBtoC/D2Cいずれかの営業経験

※国内営業をベースに、英語力を活かして海外展開を担っていただくポジションです。

・10:30〜19:30(休憩1h)

・土日祝休み

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥82,000〜¥141,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
