下記のお仕事を少しづつ慣れながら担当していただきます。
【勤怠管理】
・社員の勤怠管理(タイムカード使用)
社員の労働状況、有給休暇取得日数、残業時間を主にExcelで管理するお仕事です。
【福利厚生業務】
・様々な福利厚生に関する業務をしていただきます。
例)退職金制度、通勤費関連、慶弔見舞金制度、昼食補助、制服安全靴貸与など
【その他総務業務】
・消耗品購入及び管理
・電話の対応
・お茶だしや来客のアテンド等の対応
・クレーム対応などはありません
・力量により、昇給昇格と併せ上位のお仕事をお任せすることもできます。

勤務時間・曜日:
◆8:30~17:30 休憩60分 (実働8時間) 時間外作業なし(実績)
◆勤務曜日 原則、月~金 「休暇・休日」欄をご覧ください

◆週休2日制、原則土日祝休み(会社カレンダーにもづく土曜出勤あり)
