Job Title: Assistant Manager, Outlet Buying
Reports to: Senior Manager, Buying
Location: Tokyo
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple categories, including handbags, small goods, jewelry, ready-to-wear, shoes, watches, fragrances, and eyewear. They will be responsible for product lifecycle management, inventory control, and ensuring that all merchandise is accurately represented on the company's systems.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in buying or merchandising at a fashion or sports brand.
- Strong understanding of the Kate Spade brand and its products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
