HPEではITイノベーションの力を駆使して、お客様の事業 の貢献を支援しています。 ハードウェアのインプリベンダとしての立ち位置だけではなく アプリケーション領域も含めたサービスを提供できる 「人財」を募集しています。

【業務内容】

HPEの協力会社のリソースと一緒にプライムベンダとして、アプリケーション開発の要件定義、基本設計から稼働まで一貫したサービスの提供に携わっていただく

具体的な業務内容

・お客様の要求ヒアリングや開発アプリケーションの仕様説明とそのPPT資料作成

・設計書やソースなど成果物のレビュー/詳細仕様決定

・協力会社のマネージメント(実装テクニックやコミュニケーション方法の指導)

・移行に伴うユーザ情報データの定義と成型

・アプリケーション要件を踏まえたミドル・インフラ領域の設計と構築

・運用ツール開発やサンプルコードの作

【必須要件】

・7年以上のアプリケーションエンジニアとしての開発経験

・製品に対するアプリケーション開発経験

・プログラミング言語の知識(C#、JavaScript、VBA など)

・10人以上のプロジェクトチームでのプロジェクトマネージメント経験

・顧客、社内外の関連組織と円滑なコミュニケーションが図れること

・パワーポイントを用いてコミュニケーションすべき要点を視覚的にまとめれること

【任意要件】

・PLM案件の開発・移行経験

・要件定義からリリースまでの開発業務を一定のサイクルで繰り返すアジャイルな開発経験

・アプリケーション要件を踏まえたミドルウェア(IISやSQLなど)やインフラ設計経験

・ジョブ管理ソフトウェアの設計・導入経験(HULFTやJP1など
