《仕事内容》

自動車業界向けに、

検査機器や整備機器などの提案・販売を行う

メーカー営業のお仕事です。

※配属は希望を伺いながら、

下記いずれかの事業部を想定しています。

  • 特販事業・・・

自動車メーカーの生産工場向けに、

オーダーメイド製品を提案。

完成車を検査するための

設備・機器などを扱います。

※国内案件のほか、

北米・中国・東南アジアなど

海外案件に携わる機会もあります。

  • アフターマーケット事業・・・

カーディーラーや整備工場・車検場などへ、

整備機器や自社開発製品の提案を行います。

既存のお取引先が中心で、

信頼関係を築く営業スタイルです。

《入社後の研修・サポート》

未経験から安心してスタートできる

研修体制を整えています。

・ブラザー/シスター制度(約1ヶ月)

・支店でOJT研修(約3ヶ月)

・オンライン研修(ビジネスマナー等)

・定期的な人事ヒアリング

・1on1面談の実施

※営業所配属の場合、

OJT期間中の住居は会社が手配します。

※アフターマーケット事業は

御殿場商品センターにて、

1週間程度の商品研修を実施いたします。

※研修期間中の給与など条件変動なし
