【職務概要】

戸建て住宅(へーベルハウス)および低層集合住宅(へーベルメゾン)の設計業務全般を担当します。

【職務詳細】

<戸建て住宅(へーベルハウス)の設計>

・契約前:現地調査、顧客との打合せ(ヒアリング、プレゼン)、プランニング、CAD入力、契約図面作成

・契約後:顧客との打合せ(プランFIX、外構計画)、CAD入力、特注処理、確認申請対応(実務は別担当)、変更契約用図面作成

・着工中:地鎮祭・引渡し参加、施工現場での対応

<集合住宅(へーベルメゾン)の設計>

・企画会議から参画し、ボリューム出し、プランニング、実施設計まで一貫して担当

・オーナー様住戸併用集合住宅や店舗・医院併用物件など多様な設計に携わる

・大規模敷地案件では複数棟計画や外構計画も含めた全体計画を担当

・オーナー様と近い距離で設計を進め、引渡し時に直接感謝の言葉をいただけるやりがいあり
