現在までのRC造物件の設計経験を活かしてご活躍ください。
同社が開発するRC造投資用物件の設計業務とメンバーマネジメントをお任せします。
【具体的な仕事内容】
■RC造設計チームのメンバーマネジメント
■土地活用提案で受注した物件の基本設計、完成したものの確認
■現地、役所調査等で法規制の確認、用地仕入前のプラン検討
■基本設計業務及び進捗管理 ※協議・申請関係は外部協力事務所へ依頼
東京のRC造物件の基本設計を取り行う部署において、リーダーポジションを担っていただきます。
メンバーマネジメントをしていただきながら、成長中の事業を前に進めていただくことを期待します。
チームの方向性を定め、牽引していく存在になって下さい。
≪RC造≫
共同住宅(賃貸物件) 5~10階建て 300~2000平方メートル
建物の金額は、1~5億円程度です。

【給与】
想定年収:986万円~1205万円(27歳~50歳:例)
月給:62.4万~69.8万円(27歳~50歳:例)
基本給:38.9万~53.8万円
固定残業(45H):134,325円~ ※固定残業分超過の場合は別途支給
賞与前払手当:69,775~160,000円
