法人担当者からの受付業務をお任せいたします。

【仕事内容】

(1)問い合わせ

銀行、鉄道、百貨店、病院などで利用しているATM、レジ、自動支払機などの不備や取り扱いについて

(2)検索

取引先を顧客台帳から検索

(3)ヒアリング

修理が必要なのか取り扱いの説明のみで解決するのかの確認

(4)ヒアリング内容をPC上のメモに入力し伝言を残します。

(傍に担当者が居ればそのまま引継ぎ可能)

~その他~

・既に依頼されている修理員の手配、消耗商品の問合せなどの簡易受付(データ入力)をします。

・営業案件(購入や打合せの変更)などがあり、その場合は担当者と御電話番号を伺い、折り返しアナウンスをします。

【研修】

・OJT(業務をしながら丁寧に教えて下さります)

※SVが付くので不明点などすぐに聞ける環境なのでご安心ください

・期間:6か月間

・勤務曜日:平日のみ

・勤務時間:(1)8:50~17:35のみ、3か月後はシフト時間の(2)8:30~17:15(3)10:05~18:50も開始
