仕事内容:

コールセンター系システムに関する運用業務を担当いただきます。

Linux環境のログ取得・確認などの基本的な運用作業が中心で、テレフォニー系(AVAYA、GENESYS Cloud等)の経験があれば尚可ですが、未経験でも現場にて教育体制があります。

■作業内容

  • コールセンター関連システムの運用保守
  • Linuxサーバの運用(ログ取得・確認等)
  • 問い合わせ対応、システム監視、障害一次対応
  • 必要に応じてテレフォニー機器(AVAYA/GENESYS Cloud等)関連の運用支援

勤務時間・曜日:

「フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間1日8時間)

コアタイム:11:00〜15:00

フレキシブルタイム:5:00〜22:00」
