【具体的な仕事内容】

・提案営業/営業車での商品の納品

・見積作成など事務作業

・お客様への問い合わせ対応 等

既存顧客を中心に企業の総務担当者や責任者を訪問し、ヒアリングを通じて最適な商材を提案し、顧客の業務効率化・コスト削減に貢献できる提案営業を行っていただきます 。

主にはリサイクルトナーの発注状況確認や複合機のリース期間終了に合わせた提案ですが、オフィスに関わる様々な商材を扱っているため、様々なニーズに応える提案ができます

営業経験者、業界経験者はもちろん、未経験者でもこれまで販売で培った商品説明⼒や接客スキルを活かし、「お客様の声を聞く⼒」「最適な商品を提案する⼒」を直接活かすことができます。

専⾨知識は社内の専⾨部署と連携して補えるため、OJTで実践的に学びながら、未経験でも早期に成果が出せる営業スタイルです

■顧客対応経験をお持ちの⽅

■第⼀種普通⾃動⾞運転免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)

【キャリアパス】

プレイヤーとして最前線でご活躍いただくコースと、管理職を目指していくコースがございます。

入社後は、一般職からスタートし、ご自身の適性や志向性を考慮し、上長と相談しながら、コースを決定していきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

・8:00~17:00(休憩:60分、実働8時間)

・平均残業時間は月21時間程度(もちろん残業した分は、時間外手当として別途支給)

休暇・休日:

・年間休日127日(土日祝日休み)

・夏季休暇

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇(⼊社半年経過時点で10⽇間付与)

給与:

・賞与有(年2回)

※想定年収:348万円~484万円(想定の時間外手当と賞与支給額を含む)
