Leads&Companyは、「すべての挑戦者に信頼される、次世代を代表するコンサルティングファーム」を目指しています。 現在、KPMG(Big4)や大手商社出身の代表のもと、約10名の組織で急成長中です。 今回は、単なる記帳代行を行うスタッフではなく、クライアント(主に成長企業・スタートアップ)のパートナーとして活躍する「アソシエイト」を募集します。

私たちの仕事は「作業」ではなく「課題解決」です。 freeeを中心としたクラウドツールを駆使して経理業務を極限まで効率化し、そこで生まれた時間を「お客様との対話」や「経営への提案」に使います。「先生」と呼ばれるのではなく、共にビジネスを伸ばす「パートナー」を目指してください。

【具体的な業務内容】

入社後はアソシエイトとして、以下の業務をお任せします。

税務・会計顧問業務:

  • freee会計を用いた月次決算、税務申告書の作成(freee申告・達人シリーズ等を使用)
  • ChatWork、LINE、Messenger等を用いたクライアント対応(スピード感のあるレスポンス重視)

経営支援業務:

  • 月次試算表に基づく財務分析とフィードバック
  • 融資・資金調達サポートの補助
  • DX・業務改善:
  • クライアントの経理フロー構築支援(ペーパーレス化の推進)
  • 社内マニュアル(Stock)の整備・改善

求める人材:

【必須要件】

  • 会計事務所での実務経験(2年以上目安)または同等の知識をお持ちの方
  • 日商簿記2級程度以上の知識
  • ITツールや新しいシステム(freee、Slack/Chatwork、Google Workspace等)に抵抗がない方

【歓迎要件】

  • 税理士試験科目合格者
  • freee会計の実務経験がある方
  • 法人税・消費税の申告書作成経験がある方

月給 250,000円 ~ 350,000円 【想定年収】3,800,000円 ~ 4,800,000円

  • 賞与: 年2回(業績および個人の評価により決定。基本給の約3ヶ月分を基準として変動)
  • 昇給: 年1回(勤続給に加え、評価に基づく昇給あり)
