【業務内容】
金融・保険・カード業界のお客様のシステム開発、運用・保守プロジェクトを成功に導くために、プロジェクトマネージャーとして、提案・計画フェーズから終結に至るまで、End to Endでプロジェクトの円滑な管理運営をリードしていただきます。
【職務詳細】
・プロジェクトの代表としてお客様および社内メンバー、協力会社メンバー、オフショア開発メンバーのリード
・業界業務知識および技術知見を活かし、グループ会社と協業しつつお客様への提案活動や交渉・調整を実施
・顧客とのスコープ/スケジュール/コスト等の調整を管理者として実施し、その結果をもとにプロジェクト計画を作成し、実行の推進
・数名~十数名規模のプロジェクトにおけるメンバーの作業を計画・管理し、プロジェクト遂行時のQCDマネジメントを実施
・プロジェクトメンバーを率いて、要件定義から設計・開発・テスト、さらにはリリース後の運用・保守に至るまでをリード

・金融業界の基幹系システムもしくは業務アプリケーション開発のプロジェクトマネージャーもしくはプロジェクトリーダー経験
・システム開発における一連の工程の経験(要件定義から設計・開発・テストまで)
・お客様やチームメンバーとのコミュニケーションスキル
あわせて下記いずれかのご経験
・Java設計・開発経験(金融業務知識尚可)
・PJでJavaやSpringFWを活用した開発経験をお持ちであること
・COBOL、PL/1を活用したホスト系システムの開発経験
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
・PMI/PMP等のプロジェクトマネジメントに関する資格
・英語スキル(読み書き)
