〇求人媒体の選定・原稿作成

〇応募者対応、面接の調整

〇採用データ・書類の管理

〇会社説明会の運営(年2~3回)

(合同企業説明会)

採用市場のトレンドをリサーチし、

自社に合った採用方法を企画運営していきます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

・9時00分~18時00分(休憩60分)

・週休2日制(日曜+平日1日)(土日休みも可)

・会社の繁忙期には早出・残業あり

(年末年始・成人の日・桃の節句・彼岸・ゴールデンウィーク・端午の節句・お盆・敬老の日・七五三・クリスマス等)

基本給:月給 23万5000円 〜

固定残業代:なし
