あなたにお任せするのは、そこで働くスタッフさん一人ひとりの

具体的には、以下の業務を段階的に習得していただきます。

  • 採用・面接: 「ここで働きたい」という応募者への対応、面接の実施。

  • スタッフフォロー: シフト管理だけでなく、就業中の悩み相談やモチベーション向上への声掛け。

  • 現場運営の改善: 効率的な動線や、働きやすい環境づくりのアイデア提案。

  • 対外的な調整: 顧客(荷主)企業との打ち合わせや進捗報告。

現場へ足を運び、スタッフさんに挨拶することからスタート。

飲食店やアパレルで、お客様の笑顔のために動いてきた。

部活やサークルで、チームの調整役を担うのが好きだった。

相手の話を「聞く」ことを大切にできる。

これらはすべて、立派なマネジメントの資質。

入社後に「衛生管理責任者」などの資格取得も会社費用で支援します。

EC市場の急拡大により、2023年度だけで9つの新拠点を解説するなど、成長が止まりません。

この勢いを加速させ、さらなる「未来のあたりまえ」を創るため、次世代のリーダー候補を10~14名ほどお迎えすることになりました。

勤務地


転勤なし

埼玉県川口市領家家 DPL 川口領家 I

転勤は基本ありません(キャリアアップに伴う可能性はありますが、最大限考慮します)。

交通費は規定内で支給されますし、自転車やバイク、マイカーでの通勤もOK。

勤務時間


シフト制

1日あたりの実働時間:最大8時間

7:00~22:00の間でのシフト制(実働8時間)

月平均の残業は30時間以下と、メリハリをつけて働ける環境。

「夜勤に入ってガッツリ稼ぎたい」

「日勤メインで生活リズムを整えたい」など、

あなたの希望も考慮します。

給与


月給 280,000円 ~ 380,000円 (※想定年収 3,200,000円 ~ 4,500,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 57,000円 ~ 79,000円

みなし残業時間 35時間

賞与回数:1回

【未経験から月28万円スタートの安心感】 想定年収は320万円~450万円。

月給には固定残業代(35時間分)が含まれますが、残業が少なくても全額支給されます。

逆に繁忙で35時間を超過勤務した場合は、超過分の全額を支給します

特筆すべきは「昇給のチャンス」。

年1回の査定会議では、社歴に関係なく成果を評価。

年収例


4,600,000円 / 入社5年目・29歳・係長・元飲食業(月給32万円+各種手当+決算賞与)

3,800,000円 / 入社2年目・24歳・主任・元サービス業(月給28万円+各種手当+決算賞与)

年間休日は116日

月8~10日のシフト制です。

希望休の相談もしやすく、有給休暇の取得率も75%と高め。
