生命保険の見直し業務を行っている当社にて、ご契約後のお客様へ契約手続きのご案内等を行う業務をお任せします。

■仕事詳細:

・契約後のお客様サポート業務

(契約内容の確認のお電話対応等)

・解約が起きないようフォロー及び解約理由分析

・お客様からの質問内容の分析を行い、営業担当にフィードバック

・顧客データの管理・マニュアルの整備 など
