仕事内容:
SEOやデジタルマーケティング領域で実績を持つ同社が新たに展開する、新規事業(バックオフィス系SaaSツール)の法人営業をお任せします。元キーエンス出身の事業責任者直下のポジションで、事業の立ち上げと拡大を牽引していただきます。
具体的な業務内容:
- 新規バックオフィス支援ツールの提案営業(法人顧客への新規開拓)
- 経営層や管理部門(人事・総務・経理等)に対する課題ヒアリングとソリューション提案
- 商談創出からクロージング、契約締結までの一連のセールス業務
- 顧客の声を活用したプロダクト改善提案や営業フローの構築
- カスタマーサクセスチームとの連携による顧客満足度向上施策

勤務時間・曜日:
9:30~18:30(月~金) ※休憩60分 ※毎週水曜日は「集中デー」として9:30~17:00勤務

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥10,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥88,712〜¥216,800(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
※経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。 ※昇給:年2回 ※別途、業績に応じたインセンティブ制度や特別分配金(決算賞与)の支給実績あり。
