The company's mission is "to advance humanity by reinventing the mechanisms of value creation" and aims to create an environment where people can focus on creating new value through the use of natural language processing and AI technologies.
AI delivers information directly related to business operations, thereby enhancing the information sensitivity of the organization. In addition, the company offers two SaaS products: "Anews," which encourages the conception of business ideas and their development within the organization, and "Astrategy," a market research service that provides suggestions by structuring necessary information according to the organization and its operations.
Currently, its main target is major manufacturing R&D in Japan, and more than 30% of the Nikkei 225 companies have already adopted the system. In the future, starting with manufacturing R&D, the company plans to expand to domestic enterprise companies, then to Japanese companies as a whole, and even to global companies.
The company completed a Series C financing of 1.1 billion in August 2022.
In February 2024, they were selected for the "GENIAC (Generative AI Accelerator Challenge) Project" promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and NEDO, and have begun to develop their own LLM with 100 billion parameters

・Anews, a platform that enables one-stop search of both internal and external information
・SAT (Stockmark A Technology), which structures and transforms various types of data into valuable corporate assets
Additionally, the company supports the development of enterprise-specific generative AI solutions and the construction of proprietary systems.
Its primary target market is currently R&D divisions in major Japanese manufacturing companies, with adoption already underway at over 250 companies—including 30% of those listed on the Nikkei 225. Moving forward, the company plans to expand from manufacturing R&D into the broader domestic enterprise space, eventually scaling to all Japanese businesses and global markets.
The company is also actively engaged in the research and development of Japanese-native large language models (LLMs) specialized for business use. In May 2024, it released its own 100-billion-parameter LLM.
In October 2024, the company completed a Series D funding round, raising 4.5 billion yen and reaching a total funding amount of 8.8 billion yen.
With over 100 employees now on board, the company is actively hiring to accelerate its next phase of growth.

・Delivering value to users through cutting-edge technology requires deep technical understanding, and because the field lacks established best practices, there is a need for rapid hypothesis testing and iteration. However, there is currently a shortage of talent with such advanced capabilities.
【Mission】
You will be responsible for planning and driving AI/LLM-powered initiatives within Anews, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Anews already incorporates a wide range of AI technologies, primarily based on natural language processing (NLP), including:
Examples:
・Recommendation features that deliver news optimized to each user's business needs
・Search and summarization functions that effectively support user research
・Classification logic to filter only business-relevant information, and extraction logic to identify key entities such as company names from news content
In addition to the above, they are exploring the integration of features powered by the proprietary LLM, aiming to fully leverage the potential of generative AI. You will play a key role in creating cutting-edge value through the application of AI and LLM technologies.
■Responsibilities
・Developing product strategy and formulating the roadmap
・Designing KPI improvement initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative data
・Conducting customer interviews and UX validation
・Discussing and deciding on implementation details and prioritization of product improvements
・Collaborating with engineers and researchers to assess feasibility, design solutions, and direct implementation of AI-driven initiatives
・Evaluating post-release performance and applying insights to future initiatives

【Development Environment】
Multiple feature teams are organized around Product Managers (PdMs).
Each feature team includes designers and engineers, who work together toward shared team goals.
In addition to the feature teams, the product team collaborates closely with other related units, such as BizDev, data analysts, customer success (CS), and researchers.
