希少疾患製品において、ビジネスを推進するプロフェッショナルマーケティングチームの中核メンバー。主要ステークホルダーに対する深いインサイトに基づき、効果的な教育活動の実施とプロモーション資材・ツールの作成を目的としたマーケティング戦略・戦術の立案と実行をリードする。
【職務詳細】
- ブランド価値を高めるために、すべての社内外の関係者を積極的に巻き込み、機会の最大化と課題の解決を図る
- グローバルチームおよびクロスファンクションチームと連携し、日本のブランドプランの策定に貢献する
- 営業所長を主要施策に巻き込み、市場の変革をリードする
- MRの情報提供活動の効果を最大化するためのプログラムやツールを開発する
- 眼科・内科のKOLと科学的知識に基づく、深い信頼関係を構築する
- 市場調査の設計をリードし、顧客インサイトを把握し、戦略・戦術に反映する
- 日本初のアイデアを創生し、JAPAC/ELMAC諸国にMarketing Best practiceを共有し、他国のビジネスの加速に貢献する
【応募要件】
- 製薬業界でのマーケティング経験(3年以上)
- 戦略的思考と実行力
- 社内外に対する交渉力/調整力
- プロジェクトの企画/マネジメント能力
- データ分析スキルとプレゼンテーション能力
- 言語 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル
【あれば望ましい経験】
- 希少疾患またはスペシャルティケア領域での製品上市経験もしくは2年以上の業務経験(診療科間連携への取り組み経験+)
- チームリーダーもしくは人材マネジメント経験
- 高度なデータ分析スキルとプレゼンテーション能力
- 部門横断的なプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- グローバルプロジェクトへの参加経験
- MBAもしくは同等のビジネス資格
