調理から接客まで、お店の運営業務をオールラウンドにおまかせします。
*仕入れ・食材管理
*仕込み・調理・盛り付け

*メニュー開発
*グルメサイト・SNS更新等運営 ほか

広尾駅と表参道駅、六本木駅の中間地点。
全20席の、スペインイノベーティブ料理とワインが楽しめるレストランです。
時間をかけてお肉を焼くなど、丁寧な仕事にこだわっています。
カウンター6席とテーブル6席、完全防音個室8席を完備しており、落ち着いた空間をお客様に提供しております。
鮮やかな赤がアクセントになった店内には、洗練された大人の雰囲気が漂います。
客単価10,000〜25,000円のハイエンドなお店であり、お客さまは富裕層の方がメイン。
芸能人や政治家、経営者といった各界の著名人にご愛顧いただいています。
こだわりの"280分焼きステーキ"
当店で主に扱うのは、一般的な市場には出回らない極めて希少な黒毛経産牛。
じっくりと280分かけた火入れで、ぎゅっと旨味を閉じ込めています。
牛肉本来の香りと食感が味わえる当店のお肉料理は、お客さまを虜にする逸品です
もうひとつの名物料理が、大鍋で豪快に炊き上げるパエリア
月替わりでさまざまな種類のパエリアをお楽しみいただいています。
コースにはそのほか、旬の野菜や魚介の料理もラインナップ。
また、アラカルトでのご注文にも対応しています。
ワインも豊富な品揃え
ブルゴーニュをはじめとするフランス、そしてイタリアのワインがメイン。
また、シャンパーニュやアメリカ、スペインのワインも取り揃えています。
コースに合わせたペアリングのご提案もおこなっており、ワインを学べる環境です
ランチ営業も開始
シェフの探究心から生まれた、新感覚のカレーランチを2025年10月下旬より開始。
厳選牛すじ・ひよこ豆のカレーランチは早くも好評で、リピーターさまも増えています。

〜シェフ【小松 岳史】について〜
新潟県三条市出身。
大学では経済を専攻。
卒業後にアパレル企業へ就職するも、25歳から料理の世界へ。
*イタリア・ロンバルディア州『ristorante pierino penati』 (1ツ星)
*スペイン・マヨルカ島『ristorante gusto』(2ツ星)
*スペイン・カタルーニャ州『Mira Mar』(2ツ星)
など、海外の名だたる名店で研鑽した人物です。
2021年より『GinaGina』のシェフとして活躍しています。
舌の肥えた美食家たちにも認められている実力派ですが、教育は親心のように温かく、メリハリをつけて指導します
