仕事内容:

株式会社キズキが神奈川県横浜市から受託した「学習支援・居場所づくり事業」の支援員お仕事です。

様々なバックグラウンドのある小中学生が安心して楽しく過ごせる居場所を提供します。

<主な仕事内容>

・学習習慣の定着化のサポート(学校の勉強の復習など)

・生活習慣の定着化のサポート(掃除、整理整頓、買い物など)

・社会性の向上のサポート(誕生日会、季節のイベントなど)

①事前研修…経験豊富なスタッフ・講師から必要な知識を学べます

②社内相談窓口…自分が教える子どもたちについて何か困ったことがあれば気軽に相談可

③アドバイザー制度…支援の方針に迷った際などは会議で気軽に相談可

④定期勉強会…生活支援・生活指導に関する幅広いテーマを学べます

⑤他の講師との交流…経験がある講師との意見交換が可能、不定期ですが講師間の懇親会やイベントなども開催しています

不登校や中退、引きこもりや生活困窮、うつや発達障害など、様々な困難に直面した方たちに向けた様々な事業を展開している会社です。

代表自ら、発達障害やうつ病で挫折した経験をもとに、約9,000名の生徒さんの学習支援と心のサポートを実現してきました。

毎年150%で売上成長をしている世の中になくてはならない企業です。

求める人材:

<必須要件>

以下の全てを満たす方が対象です。

・高卒以上の方

・小中学生の宿題サポートができる方

・子どもたちの気持ちにそっと寄り添い、共感できる方

・半年以上活動できる方

・毎週1回確実に活動できる方

<歓迎要件>

・週2回以上の参加や会場の兼務ができる方

・子どもへの支援に興味のある大学生

・児童館や放課後等デイサービスでの勤務経験がある方

・日常的に車の運転をしている方(利用者さんの車送迎(ご自宅付近⇄支援会場付近)を行うことがあります。運転する車は、通常の5人乗り乗用車です)

※教育経験、支援経験、各種資格は不問です。

※研修がありますので、現時点で学習サポートや支援の経験がない方もご応募可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務日時:月~金 14:00~18:00

※週1日から勤務OKです

※勤務時間はご相談可能です。(例えば、●時までなら勤務可能、▲時以降なら勤務可能など)

※参加する子どもの人数などによって、勤務時間が短くなる場合もあります。

休暇・休日:

土日祝日および年末年始(12/29~1/3)はお休みです。

※研修など生活支援以外の業務については時給1,225円
