Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with onshore teams on portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management plans.
- Assists in financial variance analysis, budget preparation, and financial modelling at asset and portfolio levels.
- Supports investment transactions from origination to execution, including research, deal evaluation, and financial analysis.
- Works with external consultants and internal teams to conduct due diligence on potential investments.
- Manages market intelligence and collates global market information to ensure competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate asset management and investment.
- Resourceful, analytical, and proficient in financial modelling.
- Strong teamwork, initiative, business acumen, and independence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Overseas travel required.
