Property Portfolio Manager
This role oversees a portfolio of assigned properties, ensuring the upkeep of engineering and building systems. It involves managing service providers, overseeing performance, and supervising arrears management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance and improvement works to ensure optimal property condition.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to identify areas requiring attention and facilitate prompt resolutions.
- Service Provider Management: Oversee maintenance works, obtain quotations, and manage costs effectively for maintenance and improvement projects.
- Contract Monitoring: Monitor term contracts, manage costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Tenant Relationships: Address tenant concerns, manage landlord-tenant relationships, and facilitate smooth handovers.
- Procurement Coordination: Scope specifications and coordinate procurement activities within the team.
- Budget Support: Assist in budget preparation and follow-up for credit-control review meetings and management discussions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong background in property management or a related field is essential. The salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
