Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site
IT Engineer (Multiple Positions)
role based in
Japan
. We are hiring IT professionals across different technical areas, including
Software Development, System Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and AI-related roles
.
You will work as part of a technical team to support, build, and maintain systems and services depending on your expertise and assignment. Specific responsibilities will vary by role and project.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your background and role, responsibilities may include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications or systems
- Managing and monitoring infrastructure, servers, or cloud environments
- Supporting system, network, and security operations
- Troubleshooting technical issues and improving system stability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT solutions
- Documenting technical processes and contributing to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Background in
IT-related fields
such as software development, systems, infrastructure, cloud, networking, or AI - Practical experience with relevant technologies, tools, or platforms
- Knowledge of system reliability, security, or performance optimization
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher
(mandatory) - Ability to work on-site in Japan
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
